Screensaver Media Guidelines

Images

Preferred file formats: GIF, SVG, JPG or PNG

• The screensaver artwork should be at least 72 dpi

• The screensaver image must look clean (not pixelated or bit-mapped) when viewed on screen at 100%

• Maximum image size is 3840px by 3840px

Other Considerations:

• When designing screensavers, please remember to add the default “Touch Screen To Begin” overlay bar or create an overlay with this message with your specific branding
• Maximum file size is 500mb. Please contact Support for assistance with larger file sizes
• If you don't know the dimensions of your unit, please contact Support for assistance

Audio

Preferred file formats: AAC, MPG, WAV, MP3, or M4A

Video

Preferred file formats: MP4, webm, web

• Video cannot be resized in the new slide dialog box, please ensure that the video is optimized to fit the unit size, otherwise clipping or improper fit may occur

Screensaver size for 4K Landscape orientation (3840 x 2160) units:

3840 x 2160 pixels for full-size image

Screensaver size for 4K Portrait orientation (2160 x 3840) units:

2160 x 3840 pixels for full-size image

Screensaver size for HD Landscape orientation (1920 x 1080) units:

1920 x 1080 pixels for full-size image

Screensaver size for HD Portrait orientation (1080 x 1920) units:

1080 x 1920 pixels for full-size image

Screensaver size for Landscape orientation (1366 x 768) units:

1366 x 768 pixels for full-size image
