How do I create or manage events?

This article explains how to create or edit an event on the youRhere Legacy CMS

Adding a new event:

On the main navigation bar, click the Manage Events button.

Click the second button: Add New Event.

Follow the prompts in the form to fill out data for the new event you'd like to add:

You may want to add a phone number, location description, or additional information to a tenant's listing. In the Description field, you can do exactly that.

Click within the Start Time and End Time fields to choose the start and end dates and times for the event. The event will show up starting on the start date and time and continue showing until the end date and time has passed.

In the Category field, you can select categories and even subcategories to assign your event to.

Note: Categories are set up ahead of time. If you can't find the category you're looking for, click here to learn how to set up categories on the legacy CMS.

Use the Location fields to point to an event's location.

Note: Buildings, Floors, and Suites are set up ahead of time. If you can't find the location you're looking for, click here to learn how to set up buildings or click here to learn how to set up floors and suites on the legacy CMS.

When you're satisfied with the information you've entered, click Create to save your work.

On the main navigation bar, click the Manage Events button.

Click on either the name or Edit button in line with the event you want to modify.

Follow the prompts in the form to fill out data for the new event you'd like to add:
